Building Maintenance and Control

Our Maintenance department who has extensive experience in building maintenance and related functions supervises all maintenance. The department deals with all tenant complaints and maintenance related problems and has the experience to handle any situation that may arise. Where applicable, cost of repairs or replacements are collected from tenants responsible for same.

ZWELAKHO have established association with reliable contractors in all fields of maintenance services and are able to negotiate competitive fees and monitor the contractor’s performance in terms of their contract. Quotations for major repairs and maintenance are sent to the Owner for prior approval. Periodic inspections are made and, when considered necessary, reports are submitted to the owner.
